Cheap Vacations In Europe That Won't Break The Bank

By Simon Carrick

People often fantasize about finding cheap vacations in Europe. Dreams of breathing in the Paris nights, seeing the London theater district, or experiencing the ruins of Rome firsthand dance through people's head when they think of Europe. Centuries of history and culture are readily available in Europe, with new experiences sometimes as close as a day's travel.

It comes as no surprise that Europe easily enthralls people. Many people think it costs a small fortune to visit this land of history of atmosphere, but it doesn't have to. You can easily find cheap vacations in Europe, you just have to know where to look.

The place to start is the internet. You can find plenty of websites offering inexpensive hotels and flights, but it can be confusing matching up all the dates yourself. You may even miss out on some really great deals while you're putting your vacation together yourself.

For those without all that patience, it's a lot easier to find a vacation package for a great price. There are packages out there that can run as inexpensively as $800 per person for 6 nights. It doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg to visit Europe. It can cost just as much as vacationing across the country.

Most packages will even give you an idea about the vacation you can expect. Lots of packaged cheap vacations in Europe will often have names like the London Theater Experience or Paris at Its Best. Some of these packages don't even limit you to one country. You can easily find packages that offer 3 nights in Paris and 3 nights in Amsterdam. Or perhaps 6 nights covering the hotspots of Italy, like Rome, Florence, and Venice.

If the internet fails you, the next best bet is a travel agent. They will more than likely have a few packages for you to choose from, offering plenty of European fun. A good rule of thumb is to look for packages with a range of around $150 per person per night. It's possible to find cheap vacations in Europe, you just have to look around for the options!
