Nottingham is among the largest towns in the United kingdom and in fact, probably the most popular. This attractive city is found in the county of Nottinghamshire in East Midland.

As for any person who's got word of Nottingham, there's always 1 historical thrilling story that is usually associated with the location . And this special story resides around Sherwood Forest. If you haven't already guessed, the precise tale I'm speaking about is Robin Hood.

Sherwood Forest is a main tourist attraction for anyone visiting Nottinghamshire. Individuals come from around the globe to go to the Forest and explore where Robin Hood is supposed to have had his adventures once upon a time. There is a traveller centre there for tourists to learn the Robin Hood story and buy some mementos. There's always the Major Oak tree there which is one of the oldest trees in the world, and a terrific natural attraction to discover.

Nottingham city centre is also an essential tourist attraction for anyone going to the county. You can still find the historical walls around the area in addition to Nottingham castle. These all enhance the historical and thrilling nature which the county of Nottinghamshire is well-known for.

Nottingham is also rather renowned for it is night life and is among the foremost towns in the UK for stag dos and hen nights. There is a variety of locations to explore, whether you are looking for a stylish club or a comfortable neighbourhood pub; there is something for everyone.
